The Beginning...
In 2022, while working in China as a leadership consultant for Boyden Executive Search, I laid the foundation for Unbox Leadership Consulting with a clear mission:
To rethink how organizations approach leadership, people development, and change.
For years, businesses have invested in change strategies, training programs, and development initiatives—yet many struggle to see lasting impact. The missing piece? Humans.
The real challenge isn’t the process of change itself but shifting mindsets—how we perceive ourselves in relation to work, our roles, responsibilities, and the expectations that come with them.
Without this shift, leaders and teams remain stuck in habitual ways of thinking, repeating the same patterns despite their best intentions.
But you can’t change what you are unaware of, and once you are aware, you cannot help but wonder what is possible to change
This belief became the guiding principle of Unbox Leadership Consulting:
Before leaders and teams can embrace a new way of leading in today’s work environment, they must first become aware of their ‘boxed’ thinking.
I founded Unbox Leadership to offer businesses a different approach to leadership and cultural transformation - one that empowers leaders to drive change in a more efficient, humanizing, and self-motivating way.
